Uptime is the amount of time that the server your website is hosted on is staying up and running. We are proud to guarantee that out percentage is 99.9% of that time, which means that if you ever experience more than 0.1% downtime, you will be given a pro-rated credit for that time.

0-3 hours of server- 3% (base on monthly fee)
for every extra hour after the first 3 hours - 5% (base on monthly fee)

However, under no circumstances is HostAsset obligated to help you in the installations of new application modules, templates and/or programming languages, nor in providing assistance for any errors produced by any applications that have been modified by you previously.
What is unlimited disk space and data transfer(bandwidth) ?
You create a website as big as you like (ex. hundreds of pages) and we do not set any limits to it, because we want you to use all the resources you need. However we do require our customers to be understanding with our Terms & Conditions and use disk space and bandwidth appropriately for personal or small business website. We do have many other customers that use the same server, and any fast and large website growing as the using of too many server resources may disturb the normal performance of the mentioned server, which can affect the other clients on that same server. It's very rare, but we may put some constraints on accounts that are using resources that impact other customers on the same server.
Usualy our customers, who once had this kind of issue was because they have used their server space for storage or file sharing, which our service do not support. Disk space and bandwidth that any of our customers use must be at the normal rates of a personal or small business website, for example: customers who use 30% or more for longer than 120 seconds of the server resources are in violation. It's very uncommon for customer with a personal or small business website to exceed our usage rates, but when it happens the customer receives an e-mail request to optimize usage.
